Get the duplicate-detection rule of an object.

Get the duplicate-detection rule of an object.

The rule decides what happens when a record created from an incoming chat matches existing records on match_keys, which are field slugs. match_logic or matches on any key, and on all of them. An object that never had a rule set returns mode off. See PUT /object/{objectSlug}/dedup-rule for the modes.

Scope: object.dedupRule.read.

Errors:

  • 400 — no object has that slug, or the object is inactive.
